On the first morning, Bill arrived with the team and introduced everyone, Pete, Steve, William, James and Ahmed. All of the chaps were very professional, polite and pleasant. They quickly got on with the work in hand, explaining every step to ensure we understood the tasks. My husband has speech difficulties as a result of a cerebral haemorrhage, all of the team without exception engaged with him and showed patience which was very appreciated and sadly not always the case in everyday life. We would particularly like to say thank you to Ahmed who worked relentlessly despite the searing heat. The team arrived promptly every day and at the end of the work cleaned up as if they had never been there. I would like to thank Bill and his team (Pete, Steve, Ahmed, William) for an excellent job done to fix our valley gutter which was leaking heavily into our roof space. From the moment I contacted Bill he was professional, knowledgeable and came out the next day to look at the problem and advise on what needed to be done. From receiving the quote and booking in the work to be done, Bill kept us updated at all times. On the day of repair, Bill arrived and introduced his team. Whilst on site, Pete, Steve, Ahmed and William were courteous, polite and they kept me informed at all stages of carrying out the work of what was happening and showing me photos and a video of the issue and the subsequent repairs. They also checked the rest of my roof whilst they were there to ensure there were no other issues or problems. Everyone worked in a very methodical and efficient manner and kept things tidy as they went along. Once they had finished the job, tidied up and left, you would never have know that they had been there as they left the outside exactly as it was before they arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they answered all questions raised. Bill sent through the photos of the work done on the same day and followed up the morning after to make sure we were happy with the work and that there were no further questions. The guys work really hard and tidy up after themselves. When called due to a small blip, they came the next day to sort it out, even sorted a small job with no extra charge.
